What delivery methods are available?
We ship worldwide. All orders are shipped by the door to door courier service. Normally delivery time takes 5-7 business days.
How much does it cost?
International shipping cost is included in the price if your order is more than 250 euro, if less than 250 euro delivery cost 21 euro.
What happens on the day of the delivery?
Our carriers deliver during normal business working hours and may require a signature on receipt, so we suggest your order is delivered to an address where someone will be available to accept it.
How do I return something to you?
If you're looking to return a faulty or incorrect item, please get in touch with us by the official e-mail so we can get this sorted for you.
Refund
No problem, a refund will be completed for your returned items in 10 working days.
Do you refund delivery charges?
Your delivery charge will be refunded in some circumstances, for example if your entire order was faulty or incorrect.
